Brand New Consulting helped the leadership of the school in its strategic planning and visioning as it started up. When Moody Institute decided to close its Spokane campus, the faculty and community determined to start fresh as a new university. Brand New Consulting led some strategic planning sessions helping the leaders in the time of transition to plan their roll out and development strategies. Combining individual counsel and strategic “whiteboard” sessions, GNU successfully met its initial funding and accreditation goals and launched in the fall of 2018.
